some random issues

currently we are having some issues around here.  i'm not ranting or complaining ... just saying it feels like the world is a little crazy.  that's all.

1) for some reason my blog decided it wanted to change it's font all on it's own and wouldn't let me change it to anything new.  bare with me while i figure this one out.

2) we had a leak in our roof and were apparently missing  a few shingles.  nothing a roofer couldn't fix. what's a couple hundred dollars right?

3) having problems with our house sale ... apparently the city doesn't like where our fence is.  they would rather it on our property line ... right on top of the utilities.  um that's sounds dangerous.  crap.  this could potentially stop our sale?!?!

4) spent the entire father's day weekend not having family fun time : (  instead i was stuck at my computer writing amazing report card comments and finishing up the last of my marking.  70 short stories is a lot in one weekend people!!

5) i'm having the worst luck finding some awesome fun toddler bedding for liam.  just when i think i've found it, the company either won't ship to canada or the shipping is absolutely freaking ridiculous!

6) the new house is having issues ... ahhh the joys of building.  just when you think things are smooth sailing they tell you they've lost your windows.  or "what do you mean that isn't your front door?" or "you mean the plumbing is in the wrong spot?"  thank god for my amazing project manager husband.  he is as cool as cucumber (for the most part) and has kept an eye on things. 

7) on the up side, i only have a four day work week and there are nine work days left!!  i can almost taste summer, maybe that's just because i'm eating watermelon.

please universe no more crazy.  maybe next week.  but this week i think we're full up.
